Legal support in obtaining HTP resident status in Belarus
The revolutionary decree on the digital economy, which allows legal mining, making transactions with cryptocurrencies and organizing ICO, has aroused the interest of foreign companies to enter the High Technologies Park in Minsk. Our lawyers will help you to register your company in the High Technologies Park and become an HTP resident.
In order to enter the High Technologies Park it is necessary to register a legal entity in Belarus or become an individual entrepreneur (IE). A foreign company cannot directly become the HTP resident without establishing its branch in Belarus.
