Preparation of an agreement between the founders on the establishment of a joint Belarusian-Austrian venture, support for the proper preparation and certification (apostille and notarization) of special documents on behalf of the Austrian holding Athor Holding GmbH & Co KG in order to submit them to the registration authority, preparation of the Articles of Association of the joint venture and documents for the registration authority, tax registration of the new venture, conclusion of a labor contract with the hired director, consulting on making a contribution to the authorized capital of an LLC in foreign currency by foreign founders, provided that it is possible to form the authorized capital exclusively in Belarusian rubles.
