Lawyer Pavel Leshchinsky provided legal protection for an IT company, a national developer of software products, mobile applications and web portals for companies in the financial sector, including fintech startups, as well as for government agencies, in a dispute with a Kazakh company (customer) that provides microloans.

The following tasks were set for our law firm:

• to build a legal strategy for resolving the dispute: withdraw from the contract or force the customer to fulfill obligations under the contract
• do not legally return money to the customer
• draw up a response to the customer’s claim
• not bring the case to court

Description

We have analyzed all the documents and compared with the arguments described in the claim. As a result of the work of the lawyer, a response to the claim was prepared, after which it was possible to achieve the customer’s loyalty to our client, to eliminate the customer’s claim for the return of the prepayment and to avoid litigation.
