Supporting the entry of the Lithuanian company ATOMIKRONIKA, the owner of a patent for a unique augmented reality product in the field of advertising, education, service sector, on the issue of entering the Belarusian market with the establishment of a legal entity and the subsequent transaction between this company and a citizen of Belarus on the entry of the latter into the list of participants.

Description

As a result of work the client received explanations of legal peculiarities of making amendments to the Articles of Association on the fact of entering into a transaction on acceptance of a new participant into the composition of the LLC; the draft of the transaction between the client and a citizen of Belarus was directly prepared and accompanied by its signing; the decisions of the supreme management body of the LLC on the conclusion of the transaction and introduction of amendments to the Articles of Association were prepared; the new edition of the Articles of Association was developed; the documents necessary for submission to the registration body were collected.
